I was shocked by the poor quality of this hotel. The toilet broke, the shampoo dispenser did not work, the tv remote barely worked and a hooker came to the bar at night time. The only plus was the very courteous cleaning crew. Dear Wolfy87, I want to apologize for any mishaps you experienced during your stay. Anyone would expect small things like a remote or toilet to work during their stay and I completely understand your frustration.
We do our best to keep certain clientele away from the property to avoid having our guests interact with such clientele. If the staff at any time sees this we immediately respond. Again, I'm sorry and if you would like to discuss this I encourage you to reach out to me.

But I had to in this case and I'm only doing it in hopes that the hotel will change their policy because of it. I've stayed here many times before with no problems, but this was one of the worst experiences in customer service I've ever been treated with at a Starwood hotel.
I stayed at the hotel for one night for business as I had an early meeting and didn't feel like waking up super early and driving out from LA to Redlands. All was fine at check in and I went to bed no problem. At am I hear laughing and talking loudly as if it's next door to my room I'm a great sleeper so it was loud to wake me up but after 20 mins it's hard to fall back asleep.
So I check both walls and it's quiet. So weird, I look out my window and there are people sitting by the pool drinking and smoking and talking and laughing so loudly. Mind you I'm on the fifth floor so it was really loud. I called the front desk and told the guy about it and he said he would take care of it.
