The two arrested for suspected prostitution Monday from E. Third Street in Dayton in separate arrests. According to the police report, both told police they were doing it because of heroin.
Brandy Lynn Page, 32, was arrested after arranging a deal with an undercover police officer at Third and Jersey and driving with him to a nearby area to complete the deal, police said.
She was arrested there by another officer. About 30 minutes later, Cassie Ann Snyder, 29, was picked up in a similar fashion from the Third and Harbine area. According to the police report, after arranging a deal with the undercover police officer, they drove to the arrest location where she was taken into custody.
