An ok casino with slots and table games, but not very big, not that impressive and frankly the fun people watching is on the terrace outside - around the pool. If you are looking for a really good meal then visit Cocal.
The rooms are not up to date, but are roomy. This is a place mostly for single guys, not a family type of resort. The men servers are very well trained and most of them speak English. The bartenders are women and if you do not speak Spanish or leave a super huge tip then do not expect great service of attention. This is just the norm for Costa Rica.
