It's a hostel, so don't expect anything fancy. It was my first time traveling solo, and it was a great experience. I was in Berlin to run the marathon, and the hostel was full of runners my Spaniard roommates were also runners. There is also a U-bahn stop very close by.
Room adequate; Breakfast good and sufficient; Shower could be cleaner; Reception helpful and well informed, booklets information about Berlin in German language were missing;. City Hostel of Berlin. Rooms are like basic training. Bunk beds, bathroom and shower are in a separate room like a closet. No towels are available. Additional towels require a 1euro deposit.
The TV is free but you have to give a 5 euro deposit for the remote control, it is no problem, the problem is that there was no TV in the room. The hotel doesn't have parking, you have to pay outside by the parking meter. Wifi, is free but you have to get a different password every 12 hours to be able to use. There is no Fridge in the room, no room service neither, the walls are like cardboard, you listen to your next store neighbor talking and doing their business in the bathroom and you know what.
Not recommended for kids. No phone in the room. Breakfast is included and is fairly good. If you are looking for something cheap and tasteless, this the place you want, if you need family safety need to rethink and get another hotel. Definitely the hotel doesn't have any amenities to offer. Hotel check out is at am. Thank you for your review. First and important thing: We are a hostel and not a hotel.
That is important for the service you get because you are paying the half of a hotel night. And if you need more you have to pay 1 Euro per person.
