Food was excellent, rooms basic but ok, people generally very friendly, entertainment was good at the start but its the same every night and the kids soon gets bored. There are two pools, the main pool, whilst very nice, was not a place for children. Sex songs and games being played by adults the hotel promote this stuff by allowing graphic sex songs to be broadcast , too much noise, just not a place to take kids.
Wasnt a big problem as we avoided this place and went to a small pool. Overall pretty decent and value for money. Now for the dark side of this place. You must know before booking that this hotel is almost the only one that excepts Canadian colleague kids, and thats for a reason.
They ruin the place and other peoples holidays and the hotel actively promote them to the hotel and accommodate for late night parties such as beach parties, which then cause huge disruption for the normal people in the hotel. If the hotel give you the line "we try to separate party people and families", its nonesense and just their spin.
The truth is this hotel is marketed at young kids. Some examples of things we had to put up with: I could go on and on with examples, but you get the picture. I did not feel safe in the hotel, and the hotel do nothing to stop it. But I would never go back until they stop excepting these kids. Whatever the hotel tell you, the fact is everyone is together and there is nothing they do about it. They promote this as a party hotel and put on events to accommodate these people, and ignore families.
