This is an amazing place, well located, very stilish, great atmosphere, the bar at the rooftop overlooking the city is fantastic but The rooms should have double glazing windows to provide noise reduction. It is a great pleasure to share with all the staff the achievements of our efforts in such positive comments like yours.

I stay there at the end of last year and was rather impressive by the hotel overall. The restaurant, nice and clean room with a quite nice view of the city stayed at the 10th floor , impressive gym, nice bar lounge at the top.
The only potential regret but I guess I was the one not too fortunate , was that the hotel is on the Plaza Lleras where I happened to know that all the soccer team celebrations take place. The Charlee is a fantastic hotel, and would definitely be my number 1 choice whilst in Medellin.
Situated in the prosperous El Poblado neighbourhood, it's conveniently located close to lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Our room was really spacious with a lovely wet room and jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the city; a real treat! The hotel staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English and were always willing to help out with any requests we had. Aside from the awesome room, the piece de la resistance has to be 'Envy', the rooftop pool bar. During the day it was a lovely relaxed place to grab a beer and a dip in the pool, whilst listening to some fantastic music and taking in the amazing views of the city.
At night, the place fills up with those looking for a decent drink, with amazing night views of the city and to escape the monotonous reggaeton nightclubs of the nearby area. The only snag in the hotel is that with so much nightlife on its doorstep, the chance of an early night is pretty much impossible, but who goes to Medellin looking for an early night anyway?! All in all, a fantastic hotel! The rooms are just weird. You have a big bathroom a tiny room and a huge balcony, does make much sense.
